Terms & Conditions

Voucher Inclusions
This Gift Voucher includes one (1) 5-hour Professional Home Organising session, $300 credit toward storage products, and a choice of either a Room Makeover or Decluttering-Only session. Total value: $1,000.

Validity
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The session must be booked and completed within this period. Extensions may be granted at our discretion and must be requested prior to expiry.

​

Booking & Scheduling
Sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to secure a booking. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

​

Product Credit
The $300 product credit is applied during the session and used toward organiser-approved storage solutions. The credit is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be used during the booked session. Any additional product costs are payable by the client.

​

Travel
Travel within [insert service area] is included. Sessions outside this area may incur an additional travel fee.

​

Non-Refundable
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers may be transferred to another recipient with prior written approval.

​

Scope of Service
Services are limited to professional home organising and decluttering within 50km radius of Postcode 2234. Deep cleaning, rubbish removal, and trades are not included.

​

Health & Safety
Clients must provide a safe working environment. Sessions may be paused or ended if unsafe conditions are present.
